From its spectacular location on the edge of the Caldera in Fira, Santo Winery offers you the chance to have your civil wedding conducted on one of the most panoramic terraces in the whole of Greece! A stunning vista, a friendly ceremony that can take place between 10am up until sunset, the opportunity to book local musicians to serenade you, and of course, the chance to sample this special venue’s fine wines with your guests, all contribute to a terrific and memorable day at this very popular wedding location... not forgetting to mention some absolutely amazing sea view backdrops for your wedding album!

Cocktail Parties & Wedding Receptions

A glass of Santo wine is kindly offered to all guests after the ceremony to toast the couple’s union. Santo Winery can also provide space for your wedding reception to take place from 4pm to 1am. Should you opt for this option, outside caterers will need to be booked and all wines will need to carry the ‘Santo Wines labels’.

Alternatively, we can organise your reception at a local taverna and we’ll discuss with you the various available possibilities.

The wedding package includes:

• Hire of the ceremony venue for 1 hour
• Wedding gazebo with white drapes, ceremony table with white table cloth, 4 white lanterns (flower arch can be arranged at a supplement)
• White Chiavari chairs for guests (up to 100 guests seated)
• Red carpet
• CD player
• Glass of wine for all guests to toast couple after the ceremony

To be pre-paid in the UK

• Wedding planning & administration fee (including assistance of the overseas wedding co-ordinator in resort, pre-wedding & on wedding day)
• Legalisation by FCDO of all documents you need to obtain plus translation fee
• Wedding venue hire & set up fee for wedding reception (when applicable)
• Registrar’s fee & ‘call-out’ fee for ceremony at the venue
• Wedding certificate
